The partnership offer between Nickel and Amazon Prime allows Nickel customers to benefit from several months of Amazon Prime subscription, offered by Nickel.

The duration of this subscription varies depending on the Nickel card held: 3 months for My Nickel and Classic card holders, 6 months for Nickel Chrome cardholders, and 12 months for Nickel Metal cardholders. If you wish to benefit from a longer duration, you have the option to upgrade to a superior card offer, for example, switching from a Classic card to a Chrome card or from a Chrome card to a Metal card before activating the Amazon Prime offer.

It's important to note that each Nickel customer can activate the offer only once within a rolling 12-month period. Therefore, to maximize your benefit, we advise you to choose the card corresponding to the desired duration before activating your Amazon Prime subscription.

This offer is intended for all Nickel Chrome and Metal customers, whether they are existing customers or open an account during the promotional offer's validity period.

To qualify, you must also:

• Be a natural person of legal age (18 years or older).
• Reside in mainland France (including Corsica, with specific delivery and service conditions for Amazon Prime, viewable here).
• Have an active Nickel account with up-to-date fees paid.
• Not have previously benefited from an Amazon Prime offer via Nickel within the last 12 months.

Your personal activation link, a unique promotional URL, allows you to get a free trial and smooth activation. You will find it either in your Nickel mobile app (in the "Account" section) or it will be sent to you by email. If you have just ordered your new Nickel Chrome or Nickel Metal card, or just opened your Nickel account, this promotional code will be sent to you within 4 days.

To activate your offer, click on the link we shared with you (in the Nickel app or by email). This link will direct you to the activation page, then to the dedicated Amazon Prime link.

Log in to your Amazon account (or create one if necessary) and provide a valid payment method (your Nickel card) as well as a mandatory billing address. No amount will be charged during the promotional period (which can last up to 12 months depending on your offer). Once activated, you will enjoy all the benefits of Prime for the entire duration of this free period. The Nickel offer cannot be combined with an ongoing Prime subscription or other promotions. To take advantage of it, you must first cancel your current subscription or wait for it to expire. Once your billing period has ended, you will be able to activate the Nickel offer from your usual Amazon account. You will thus retain your entire viewing history and preferences.

Amazon requires a valid payment method upon activation, even for a free period. This ensures the automatic renewal of your Amazon Prime subscription at the end of the free period, should you choose to keep it. Remember to enter your Nickel card details.

At the end of the Nickel promotional period, your Amazon Prime subscription will automatically renew at the standard price of €6.99 per month (rate applicable at the time of renewal, and subject to change by Amazon). The charge will then be made to the payment method you registered.

You can cancel the automatic renewal of your Amazon Prime subscription at any time, except during the promotional period offered with Nickel. Amazon does not provide refunds for the remaining months of an annual subscription. If you are in th is situation, we advise you to cancel your current subscription and wait for the end of the year already paid for. As soon as your access expires, you will then be able to activate the months offered by Nickel at no additional cost.

Access is immediate. Your Amazon Prime benefits (Fast Delivery, Prime Video, Amazon Music, etc.) are activated as soon as you complete the registration process via the dedicated Nickel link.
