Frequently asked questions about our cards
You can do this through the web (on your computer) or through your Nickel app on your smartphone. Your login is the 10-digit identification code on the back of your Nickel card. You will receive your code by text message.
There are a variety of ways to put money into your Nickel account: a cash deposit this can be made in a Nickel Point. It can also be done by bank transfer and charging by bank card.
We advise you to change your phone number from your web customer area or Nickel Application. If you do not succeed, send us your request via our contact form.
